Jianhua Zhao, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Future Education Research Center, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Education Research Center of Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences, Executive Director of the New Generation Artificial Intelligence Education Research Center of Southern University of Science and Technology. He is a special researcher of the Central Committee for Promoting Democracy, a senior expert of the UNESCO Center for Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI), a member of the Expert Advisory Group on the International Platform and Curriculum Construction of Online Teaching of the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, the vice chairman of the Learning Science Research Branch of the Chinese Association of Higher Education, the executive director of the Future Education Special Committee of the Chinese Society for Education Development Strategy, a member of the Executive Committee of the Global Chinese Computer Education Application Society, and a member of the Steering Committee of Online Open Courses for Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Guangdong Province. Vice Chairman of the Educational Technology Professional Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Association of Higher Education, Executive Director of the Shenzhen Education Society, Vice Chairman of the Educational Informatization and Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Education Society, etc. He has published more than 180 papers and undertaken more than 80 research projects. His research interests include technology-enabled teaching and learning, learning science and technology, teacher professional development, and educational informatization.
Gwo-Jen Hwang

Prof. Gwo-Jen Hwang is a Chair Professor and Vice President of National Taichung National University of Education as well as the Chair Professor of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. Professor Hwang's academic specialties include mobile and ubiquitous learning, game-based learning, flipped learning, and artificial intelligence applications in education. He has led more than 150 projects and received numerous research awards, including the "Annual Most Outstanding Researcher Award" from the National Science and Technology Council in 2007, 2010, and 2013, the "Outstanding ICT Elite Award" in 2015, and the "Ministry of Education's Excellent Teacher Award" in 2019. In 2022, he was honored as an Appointed Outstanding Research Award by the National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan. Prof. Hwang has published more than 800 papers, including more than 400 in SSCI journals. He has served as a reviewer/editor/guest editor/editor-in-chief for more than 50 SSCI/SCI academic journals. He currently serves as a reviewer/editor/guest editor/editor-in-chief of Computers & Education: Artificial Intelligence (Scopus, Q1; EI), International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation (Scopus, Q1; ESCI), and Journal of Computers in Education (ESCI). International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation (Scopus, Q1; ESCI) and Journal of Computers in Education (ESCI, Scopus Q1); he also serves as Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Education (SCI).

Assoc. Prof. XIE Haoran serves as the Acting Associate Dean of the School of Data Science, the Person-in-charge and Associate Professor (Substantiated) at the Division of Artificial Intelligence, and the Director of the LEO Dr David P. Chan Institute of Data Science at Lingnan University, Hong Kong. He is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Knowledge Management & E-Learning (The University of Hong Kong), Editor-in-Chief of Natural Language Processing Journal (Elsevier), Computers & Education: X Reality (Elsevier), and Computers & Education: Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier), the Associate Editors of International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics (Springer), Array (Elseiver), International Journal of Mobile Learning and Organisation (InderScience), Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (till 2022), and Academic Editor of PLoS One (PLOS). One of his work about Least squares generative adversarial networks (LSGAN) which has received more than 5700 citations ins Google Scholar, published in ICCV 2017 and TPAMI 2019, included by computer science courses of Stanford University and National Taiwan University, and implemented by Google TensorFlow.
